PROPeptides Return & Refund Policy

At PROPeptides, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our products and industry regulations, the following return and refund policy applies to all purchases.
Returns
For safety, quality assurance, and compliance reasons, PROPeptides does not accept returns of any peptide, injectable, consumable, temperature-sensitive, or biologic product once it has been shipped.
This policy helps ensure product integrity and protects all customers from receiving products that may have been improperly stored, handled, or altered after leaving our facility.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
- A missing item
- A product with a manufacturing defect
Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
To process a claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Upon review and approval, PROPeptides may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product
- Issue store credit
- Issue a refund when appropriate
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, PROPeptides is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist customers in filing a carrier claim whenever possible.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Because many orders are fulfilled quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests will be possible after an order has been placed.
To request a cancellation, contact customer support immediately after placing your order.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be canceled, paused, or modified at any time prior to the next billing date through your customer account portal.
Charges that have already been processed for a subscription cycle are generally non-refundable once the order has entered fulfillment.
Provider Consultation Fees
Any provider consultation, telehealth review, wellness assessment, laboratory review, or administrative fee is considered a professional service and is non-refundable once completed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.
